What Content Snare's pricing page says
- Plans are priced by active requests and users: Basic is $42 a month for 20 active requests and 2 users.
- Its pricing page doesn't state that it reads each upload or builds a ready-to-start package.
How Tallyn differs
- Flat monthly plans by volume, from $19 a month, with every feature and people included.
- Reads each upload, says what the document is, and flags one that isn't what you asked for.
- Sends up to five reminders for anything missing, and stops when it's answered.
What to check before you switch
- The volume you really need: how many live forms and submissions a month.
- Tallyn isn't built to hold Social Security numbers, ITINs, full bank or card numbers, or logins, and its AI never asks for them. A business's EIN is fine. In uploads, account and ID numbers are masked to the last four characters.
- Tallyn has no SOC 2 report yet; its data policy says exactly what's held, where, and for how long.
