These terms cover your use of the Tallyn website and waitlist, operated by New Odyssey (“we”, “us”). By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to them.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest in Tallyn. It doesn’t create an account, commit you to buying anything, or guarantee access on a particular date. We’ll invite people from the list as places open.

Product information and pricing

This site describes Tallyn as we’re building it. Features, integrations and prices shown here may change before launch. The terms that apply when you sign up to use Tallyn will be presented to you at that point and will take precedence.

Acceptable use

Don’t submit someone else’s email address, attempt to disrupt the site, or use automated tools to submit the waitlist form.

Intellectual property

The Tallyn name, logo and the content on this site belong to New Odyssey. You may link to the site freely.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.
